In November and December The Ritz-Carlton offered a special dining concept for high-end foodies. Utilizing their 9 Michelin stars from around Asia Pacific they created the Stellar Dining Series which stopped in 4 major culinary cities in Asia: Singapore, Osaka, Hong Kong and Beijing.
