In November and December The Ritz-Carlton offered a special dining concept for high-end food connoisseurs. Utilizing their 9 Michelin stars from around Asia Pacific they created the Stellar Dining Series which stopped in 4 major culinary cities in Asia: Singapore, Osaka, Hong Kong and Beijing. We followed them as they prepared world-class dishes, offered cocktail making classes and many other workshops and activities for their members and best clients.
We stayed in each city for about a week covering the event and spending some time taking in the sights and flavors each city had to offer. The video was shot with Sony A7S for its low light and slow-motion capabilities. We used old fully manual Nikkor lenses with metabones adapter for some extra character in the look.
